I have been going to Alounak for over 30 years, first when they were in Olympia car park and then Russell Gardens and always great food and great atmosphere. If I ever wondered why I have not been to this branch, my recent meal answered...More

The people working here are very rude. They have bad attitude & I had a bad experience overall. The food tastes good however, the waitresses made the whole restaurant look bad. They don’t even smile for to the customers.

I have been here before and the food was good and it was a pleasant evening. However on my most recent visit with friends I was a bit disappointed. Food was pretty average, nothing out of the ordinary. The service was terrible! It was a...More

These people are rude, arrogant and ridiculous! I ordered food twice and both orders never arrived but of course I was charged. When I called the restaurant they denied this. Over the last year I have had many great meals from this restaurant but recently...More

Table envy overcame me as I watched others having main courses of beautifully prepared meats, while we had an assortment of excellent first courses, including a delightful salad of mixed greens, Everything about this place was pleasant and satisfying from the attentive service to the...More

I used to quasi-live at Alounak in a previous life and I have just returned after almost ten years. Great to see that the restaurant is still there, gentrification of the area notwithstanding. The food is still good, very even, (I had the “usual” chelo-kebab-koobideh...More
