Employees were very rude. Was given the incorrect order twice, and I was making very light of the situation. Each employee that I interacted with was miserable, when I had told her politely that my fries were not in the bag she bluntly rolled her eyes. Terrible. Not going back.

If you don't have enough money and you are really hungry go there, otherwise stay away for Mc Donald's.

Awful experience. We visited as a family at around 4pm on a Sunday afternoon and there was not a seat to be found inside. Outside there were a few tables that were being 'dive bombed' by pigeons! As the children were hungry we sat, like many others, in the foyer but were soon rudely told to move by security staff.... More

It's Maccy D's. You know what the food is. It's not fine dining, but it should be fast. The place was heaving when we arrived at about 12:30 and there were no seats anywhere. The express queue moved v e r y slowly and there seemed to be a lot of faffing about. Unable to eat on the premises, we... More

This was the most crowded McDonalds I have ever been to. It was truly horrendous unfortunately, avoid if at all possible.

This is the busiest McDonalds we've ever been to. The food was spot on but a long wait to pay/collect, no tables upstairs just queueing area and downstairs few tables and very lucky to get one. Staff working very hard to keep up with numbers of customers.

Very busy but service was quick . Toilets located in a very poor place downstairs at the back and you have to squeeze past diners to get to them .

Always have to help myself to a chicken mayo! It's literally God's gift. Too bad it's overly busy at times.

Staying in Southbank

Neighbourhood Profile
Big time attractions such as the London Eye and a thriving theatre scene (compliments of the National Theatre and the Young Vic) are but a few of the reasons that Southbank is such a collectively cherished part of town. With plenty of family friendly activities and venues lined up along a pedestrianized river bank between Westminster Bridge and Waterloo Bridge, visitors can always expect a casual and festive atmosphere. On top of all the fun stuff to do at Southbank is the opportunity to simply sit back and admire photo-op views of iconic landmarks like Parliament and St Paul's Cathedral, just on across the Thames.
