We arrived at the restaurant at 5.30pm and the restaurant was still quite empty. However by the time we ended slightly more than an hour later, the restaurant was already full and doing a roaring business. We had made a reservation for 5.30pm and were...More

They still claim to have the best roast duck in the world, and in my many past visits there might have been some justification for that, but no longer. The last time I was here, the roast duck was overcooked and tough, with blubbery skin....More

The duck and rice is worth going for. I like to get it as a take away as the restaurant can get packed and the service can be very abrupt. But the food is great. Often a line down the street. If going at a...More

Ordered 3 barbecued meats. It was the worst I have ever had in any Chinese restaurant. The manager said it was because it was at the end of the day and it wasn't fresh. No apology given.

Met up with friends, including a vegetarian, for lunch. We had a good variety of dishes, ate lots and enjoyed ourselves. The service was good and friendly. The bill for 5 came to £125 including drinks. The duck was particularly good.

I visit the Four Seasons pretty often when I'm in London. If you push aside the fact the staff arent likely to be especially polite you'll have a fine plate of food to enjoy.

Went here with a party of 8 and glad we had made reservations since the place was packed at 6 PM on a Thursday evening. Our table was ready for us when we arrived. This place always seems to be busy and the tables are...More
