Had the sushi for lunch and what is nice is that you can choose from different premade combos or create your own box with the prepackaged individual pieces (Itsu doesn't have this). Thought the sushi was fresh... More

One of my fav resultants in London, the food is always well prepared and all you need to do is just pick what you want and go for check out, which the experience is very similar to go to McDonald's. Will definitely visit this place in future.

The veggie option - tofu Yakisoba - is loads of noodles with some chewy, greasy, weird textured tofu thrown in. There's a bit of cabbage, and I had one pea. Given out with plastic cutlery and in a plastic bag which will pollute landfill and oceans. Nice staff.

One of the best choices of Japanese food to take away in London. Quality and not very expensive prices.

If you are in a hurry but you want to eat sushi this is a good choice. The food quality is like all you can eat restaurants so nothing special, but much better compared to fast food or fried stuff. The prices are low for this reason but also for the smart idea to apply the fast food format to... More

My rating is based on the lack of chicken considering it's advertised as 'Chicken... More

Very disappointing indeed! The place seems dirty, the food did not taste fresh and was certainly not tasty. I will not go back even if hungry!
