Fantastic service but mediocre food. That's it nothing else to say other than good luck navigating the toilets

Had recently visited Crazy Bear Fitzrovia for family dinner out. Place is very busy on weekends. So make sure you book well in advance if you want middle bit of the night, not too early or late. Athough be prepared to leave table after 2 hours. It's London... Another advise, want to have drink before or after dinner -book that... More

My friends and I decided to celebrate joint birthdays by visiting the Crazy Bear for afternoon tea. We were greeted and waited a little while whilst they checked our table was ready. We were soon shown downstairs to our seats, which was a nice little alcove, although it was very dark...saying this your eyes do adjust and soon it doesn't... More

I've always wanted to go here as I've heard good things about it and heard it's got a crazy interior. The interior design, in reality, was too crazy for me. In fact, it was tacky and loud and hurt my eyes. The bathroom was horrific, I was scared because it was all mirrored walls, with strange black patterns on them,... More

(If a chav was given an endless budget to create a restaurant) ..... It would look and behave like this one. Staff were rude and hostile upon our arrival when presented with a Groupon voucher. They advised that a booking procedure is in place which is conducted via the number on the voucher, therefore, they could not accommodate our group... More

We loved our 12 course meal with champagne on bookatable. They called us night before to check still booked. When we got there everything was smooth and classy. Fantastic decor. The food was amazing. The best bit however was Khan. He was extremely sophisticated, classy, non pushy but knew instinctively when we needed him. Waiters often can get annoying but... More

Overpriced & greedy! Went to celebrate my cousins birthday....Afternoon tea was nice, but they wanted £5.00 per head for someone to bring their own cake in! Needless to say, they didn't! The plan was to have cocktails in the bar area after, but they asked everyone spend at least £35.00 & pay £10.00 per head. Needless to say again, that... More

Visited The crazy bear a week ago at a friends invitation. Hospitality at it's best. We had the pleasure tasting a great sushi variety, fresh and served promptly. The waiters and bartenders are just awesome. If your unsure what to eat or drink just ask them and u will be amased... they will make your night one that you will... More

We came here with the friends for sushi deal from Groupon. My bad experience started from the service received on the phone. Receptionist Sofi was not aware of the time frame of the Groupon deal and i was explaining her how it works instead of getting information from her. When we were sit at the table our waitress Anastasia was... More

We went as couples to this lovely restaurant to celebrate my 40th birthday. Everyone had a great time and really enjoyed the food. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because we felt the tables were too close together and they crammed everyone in. Money first!!
