Zuma is not inexpensive but by all means deserves its excellent reputation for outstanding Japanese food – including sushi and sashimi – great location, attentive service, great bar, and cool vibe. The only small complaint I had the evening I dined was that my yellowtail sashimi was too cold, which diminishes the flavour. The ambience is second to none, with... More

The main room is impressive and loud, especially around the wooden bar where patrons enjoy the imaginative cocktails, or just waiting for their tables. In Zuma, the quality of ingredients is the basis for its constant success throughout the years. I have visited the place many times and always enjoy the freshness of the dishes. Last time we had a... Everyone talks about Nobu but Zuma is a strong candidate for best Japanese restaurant in London. The place has a high energy vibe for sure and it does have a bit of an after-work pick up thing going but you can ignore all that and focus on the food. And the food is outstanding with an innovative creative flair. The... More

My husband bought me to Zuma as i have always wanted to go. Zuma is one of my dad's favorite restaurants. The food and cocktails were impeccable. We will definitely be returning.

We had the tasting menu. Each course was better than the next. A truly decadent meal! It was phenomenal!

Food here is what you'd expect, tasty, nothing crazy, but fairly good value... tempura crab, baked chicken and lobster were all very nice.. frantic arrival meant that we waited about an hour to go to our table, whilst having drinks at the bar we were pestered by a chubby drunk man from Monaco and his two prostitues. Surreal! Slightly funny,... More

Took my husband to Zumba for his birthday as heard great things about the place and my husband loves shusi. Food and service was fantastic, highly recommended the crab. Restaurant very busy and a bit loud but good atmosphere (we went for lunch) Downfalls... no where comfy to have a drink before hand even though they advertise bar and lounge... More

Everytime I go to Zuma I'm happy. By far the best and my favourite japanese in London and maybe ever! Particularly recommend the Jumbo Prawn, Wagyu gunkan, Uni sushi and Salmon Tuna tartar!

Oh how I love Zuma. If I could choose just two dishes to eat every time it would be the garlic buttery lobster and the sesame spinach. But then I'd also want the tofu and avocado salad, and the squid, and the black cod, and the steamed sea bass. I've never had a bad meal at Zuma. I've never had... More

Great vibe at the bar and good for pre-drinks but can be slow as they are busy. Friendly service from start to finish. Food is good and well presented. The maki rolls were the best from all the dishes. The "chawan mushi" dessert was an excellent recommendation from our waiter. Can get very loud in the restaurant.
