Went there on Saturday night, we had Butter Chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala, and a Baigan. Everything was really good ! The desert was pretty bad, hence 1 star removed.

Booked in quite early on 18/4/17 as we tickets for a show later that day, so we had the restaurant mostly to ourselves. We sat in the window which has a great view out of the bustling street. The food was great, very filling and the wine which was from india I believe was gorgeous. Good service, would recommend.

We had been there five years ago and, at our next visit to London, we went again. We were early (6h45) , fortunately, as a line up formed soon after our arrival. Service is fast, efficient, courteous, and the food is delicious. We even had a chat with the owner who is a very nice man. We will certainly go... More

Dear Shehzad K Thank you for your review, yes we are a traditional authentic Punjabi restaurant and do indeed serve sarson ka saag (curried mustard leaves)! Its a wonderful dish but as you know it does have an acquired taste and was on our printed menu for many years. Fortunately the good news, it's still available but on our secret... More

First, every day there is a queue and it is not possible to book in advance at least six. So we arrived at nine and there was no line. But, it was worth the wait. The hospitality is perfect, the food very tasty. We took chicken, lamb, vegetarian and rice with dal. Nan was plain and Nan Garlic and was... More

When I moved to London I was expecting that I wouldn't be able to find the same quality of Indian food that I'm used to from growing up in Leicester, but Punjab set the bar high. I visited with a friend after we'd spent quite a lot of time not being able to decide what to have - while browsing... More

We have heard a lot of good things regarding England and Indian food. My wife and I decided that we had to have it at least once during our UK vacation. Just by chance, right before our trip we saw a Food Network program that had a special on food in London. One of the places that they pointed out... More

Great authentic Punjabi food - we had the chicken tikka masala, lamb jalfrezi, fish amritsari, kadu puri, aloo roll, dal makhani - each dish was amazing with great flavours. The only downside to this restaurant is the slow service. Thanks it have to be in the constant lookout to catch attention which can be super frustrating!
