So, after seventeen years, you would expect that this place lost its lustre, that it is tired, that food is outdated and boring, that service is not inspired, but one cannot say that. This was first visit after five years hiatus, and the only thing...More

Lovely well presented food, good service, clean bathrooms. The dim sum platter was excellent. Very busy restaurant- was there for a 4pm seating but having been there , I can understand why. Had the £65 signature menu with a lovely sake. A Hakka cocktail also...More

For food lovers this is the place to visit. Liked the atmosphere too even if you might find it a bit dark but it goes well with the atmosphere. Service is the only part I would like to be improved. Well worth visiting!

Hakkasan is a very good experience. The bill came up to GBP 150 for: two dim sums (lobster, sole), a halibut prepared in the Szechuan style and a chocolate banana tart. Plus three glasses of wine: two Chablis 1r Cru and a more selective Russian...More

This was my second visit and it really delivered. I haven’t had a bad dish here. The menu is varied but not overwhelming and whilst it’s not cheap there is a range of prices. I love the atmosphere. I like that fact it’s quite dark...More

Visited here the other week with some friends & would highly recommend. Location is tucked away in a road off of Oxford Street where you would least expect it to be. Would advise booking in advance as it was very when we were there (think...More

Hakkasan Hanway Place is the original Hakkasan restaurant. This Michelin-starred Chinese restaurant designed by Christian Liaigre has recreated the luxurious glamour of the past by combining Chinese history, tradition and architecture. Wooden lattice screens carved out of dark English oak invite discerning guests for a unique dining experience with contemporary cuisine from Chef Tong Chee Hwee. The menu has a strong Chinese ethnic identity with an ethos of Cantonese cooking that will be informed by a progressive approach, underpinned by authenticity rather than traditionalism. Hakkasan Hanway Place has launched Dim Sum Sundays, a weekly lunch event hosted by resident lounge DJs, available every Sunday from 12:00 until 17:45.
