We went here for a girls steak night, perfect choice. We had the best steak(mine was fillet midium rare) and the sommelier paired our steak with a great Argentinian
red wine. Great service, food and ambiance!
I enjoyed an evening here. Service was attentive throughout. Anchovy starter very nice. The rump steak was served on the rare side of medium I ordered. Despite that I found it tough. Poached quince made a great dessert. Decent wine list.
Saturday afternoon Brunch for 4. Menu very extensive and excellent value for money. Fish and Chips were superb ! The desserts are brilliant for just £4 extra. Drinks menu very good with great range of beers and cocktails. The service was very attentive and polite -...a thoroughly enjoyable experience.More
Went with 4 friends for Sunday Brunch & Bottomless Bubbles.
Firstly £5 supplement for Sunday roast beef & only given 2 very small slices. Also there is not another choice of meat or chicken.
Extremely dissappointed with the lack of bottomless, we had to ask...4 times for top ups. And that didn't include when waiter topped up 2 of our party & ignored the rest.
Have been here many times before but things not good there at present, very dissappointed.More

My boyfriend and I had such a lovely brunch today at New Street Grill to celebrate our anniversary. We were looked after by our wonderful waiter named John, who provided us with amazing service and we left feeling very happy with our first experience at...this restaurant!More
We had the loveliest meal here. Setting is relaxing and beautiful, and felt very safe (important during these strange times). The service was exceptional, we felt very well looked after. The steak was one of the best I’ve tried in London and portion sizes were...great. Highly recommend the beef tartare starter!! Overall, an excellent restaurant and we will definitely visit again *****More

City of London
From its ancient past as a Roman trading outpost to its 21st century status as the wealthiest square mile in the world, the financial district known simply as “The City” is one of London's most historic and fascinating neighbourhoods. Here high rise office towers such as Norman Foster’s Gherkin mingle with Roman ruins and architectural marvels from virtually every era in between, including Christopher Wren's
glorious St.Paul's Cathedral, and John Soane's dauntingly classicist Bank of England. This neighbourhood is also home to some of the finest restaurants and plushest hotels in Europe, in addition to an assortment of of watering holes, upscale shops, and Tube stations. During the week, the City is abuzz with white collar workers going about their business; the weekend sees this area turn into a quiet haven for sightseers.
