I had not heard of Gustoso Ristorante before and it is tucked away in a side street behind Westminster Cathedral. It was excellent, food was great, lots of veg options too, very fresh pasta, wine well priced and the service was great. Definitely going back sometime.

We have been going to Gustoso since it opened about 5 years ago. We have enjoyed each visit to this always very reliable and honest restaurant, sometimes as a couple, sometimes with groups of friends. The food is consistently good and varied. Prices are reasonable. Service is excellent, attentive and friendly. The ambiance is warm and nice. A gem in... More

This is the best Italian restaurant in Westminster. Tucked away and so mercifully free from tourist trade, parties, couples and individuals are always made welcome. The food and wine are perfect, the service is efficient and friendly, and we have never been disappointed.

Excellent menu and good service. Out of the way which is great. Authentic Italian kitchen. Unpretentious place. Mostly local crowd.

I've eaten here 4 or 5 times, and it never seems busy. I think it must be because it is tucked away from main roads and isn't easy to see until you're outside the restaurant...? Anyway the staff are extremely pleasant and attentive. Baked aubergine and sea bass were both very good. Followed by generous portion of gorgonzola and good... More

I visited Gustoso twice during December for business lunches and both experiences were excellent. Both times I had sea bass which was absolutely delicious. The service is very friendly. This is a bit of a hidden treat in Victoria and well worth a visit.

I enjoyed a meal here with my father in between Christmas and New Year. It was great to find such a good restaurant so close to Victoria station and I will definitely visit again. There's a great selection of fish and meat but not many options for a vegetarian. The food was delicious and we ate three courses. We were... More

On 12/12/2016 my husband chose to go to Gustoso because of the set menu advertised on their Website. It was good value 2 courses £16 or 3 courses £19. To his great surprise he was told the the set menu was no longer available. Although my husband mentioned that he had seen the promotion that morning, the restaurant refuse to... More

Superb meal with very attentive staff. The food was delicious - especially the tiramisu and we had a lovely liqueur coffee to finish. The staff were very kind - even providing an umbrella for us when they saw us leaving in the rain! I would thoroughly recommend this restaurant

Staying in Westminster

Neighbourhood Profile
Westminster
If you only had an afternoon to experience London on a grand scale, Westminster would be a wise place to start. The ornate Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey sit adjacent at a corner of Parliament Square, and a short stroll along The Mall leads to Buckingham Palace. Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column are just up the road as well. As captivating as the architecture is, the wonders of Mother Nature are highlights of the area too. St James's Park (arguably London's loveliest), the expansive Green Park, and pedestrian friendly tree lined paths along the river showcase the exquisite manicure provided by English gardeners. Just beyond the landmarks and the gorgeous outdoor spaces, quiet residential squares and age old local pubs offer a more subdued take on this global seat of power in the heart of London.
