..then this is for you. The London Gin Club. I had bought one of their Experience packages as a gift and it didn't disappoint. The venue is the Star pub but it is purely a Gin bar. What's more you can't expect to turn up and just sit down or stand at the bar, it seems to work on tables... More

Our group of four had a fab time at the gin club. It was a great experience with multiple types of gin on offer. We were constantly topped up with fevertree tonic and enjoyed the tasting menu. We also ordered a pie each which was very tasty. The tables were a little small but the main annoyance was not enough... More

I’ve been to the LGC a few times and each time does not disappoint. I love trying new gins and the selection here is fantastic. One thing that makes the LGC stand out to me is the knowledge that the staff have of each gin and good recommendations. The décor is really cool & quirky and it’s the perfect place... More

Great concept. Delicious, almondy, smooth own-distilled gin with a short but satisfying menu. Delicious meat pies. Even better than Sweeney Todd's -:))))

Took a friend here for his birthday and wasn't disappointed. They had over 200 gins to choose from, broken down by flavour. The prices seemed reasonable for London. It would have been better if the staff had offered to help with our selections. We just had to read the list and decide for ourselves - not a problem, buit some... More

This is a small bar and the key to small places is the people that run them and the website you have. Also if you are planning a night out, it's great to be organised otherwise you might be turned away at venues because they are booked, even when they aren't full! We booked a table for 3 and requested... More

Great place to go and drink gin. Helpful staff who know their jobs well.Only downside I would is ,that there are too many tables in the venue and get the feeling you are sat on top of each other.

Such a cool little place. You need to book in advance as it's table service and gets busy. We tried the blind paddle and a pie. It's fairly expensive but worth it for the experience. You only have your table for 2 hours

The Gin Tasting Experience is excellent. Our hosts were Julie and Vicky and they did a great job of taking us through the history of Gin. At appropriate points, the history was paused to allow us to try a taste of a gin made in the style of that period. There were 5 gins to taste in total and the... More

Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
