Good food, good service. The manager himself made me a Banoffee Pie when he realised there were none left, simply because i told him it was my favorite dessert! Really nice effort will go back for sure!More

Lovely homely aesthetic inside despite the fact it is an established chain. The staff were welcoming and everything ran smoothly. Coffee was pipping hot, fresh and served in large bowls.

I went in around half 10 for breakfast yes it was busy, but most of the people were already eating. The waitress sat me quickly and took my order minutes later, there lies the end of the good review. My matcha latte turned up moments...More

Don't go here if you're not prepared for a big disappointment. Very nonchalant service, long waiting, regular the and coffee grossly overcharged. Cakes and muffins sold for prices equivalent of a regular lunch, whilst being a quality of what you can buy for a fraction...More

On arrival we were shown to a table, surprisingly at lunchtime quite a choice. Service acceptable if not welcoming. We had the chicken tatin, almost no chicken, a bit of toast and lettuce. Nothing wrong but wouldn't come again. The staff and food make restaurants...More

Calling the service appalling is doing it a kindness. The waiter was unfriendly and rude, the food slow, all contributing to an awful experience. The food could have saved it, but it was average to poor at best.More
