Super trendy restaurant. Weekend brunch wait times in excess of 30 minutes. Only 5 minutes wait for mid week lunch. Everything we ordered was excellent, and some was also a bit unusual. I can highly recommend the corn fritters and watermelon smoothie. But be prepared for noise - the tables are close together, and the noise level was quite high.

Went for dinner here and it was a great night. Brilliant food, great choices of healthy food, wine list was good and we chose the house chardonnay which was a bargain at £20 and very good. Defo going back. Try the fried chicken, and for desert the popcorn ice cream. YUM!

Excellent. Cheerful, noisy, packed. Food original and delicious and good value. Service quick and lively and attentive. Great place for friends and teen plus family.

We went here for dinner after walking by the restaurant. The restaurant was packed. We were lucky to get two seats at the bar. We started off with the tuna. I had the soft steel crab fried rice which was great. And my boyfriend had the pork lettuce wraps. The portions were fairly large and everything was very good.

We had brunch at G&co on a busy sunday morning so the service was a bit slow. We shared some of the main dishes and they were very very good (especially the scrambled eggs, linguine and pancakes). Worth the wait. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended for brunch. Some great healthy options on the menu. Good service and prices very reasonable. If you just have a room booked in your hotel and fancy a special bespoke breakfast then this is your place.

We went for dinner Saturday and came back for brunch the next day. Dinner was good we shared some of the smaller dishes. Especially the tuna and tempura shrimps were good. Brunch was very good great actually. Can recommend the Bircher musli and the hot buns. The scrambled eggs are amazing. Expect queues for brunch seating.

Enjoyed a very delish brunch with my son. He too (15) gave it a big thumbs up. The only negative is that seating is so cramped, you practically feel you are sitting in your neighbor's lap

"They're usually queuing around the corner" said the cabbie, "...are you sure?" Generally speaking, if tourists and locals form an orderly queue it's usually worth joining... and Grangers in Notting Hill is no exception. There's plenty of goings-on to keep you entertained BUT be warned, get there after 10am and you'll queue for 30-40 mins if not more - coffee... More

Staying in Notting Hill

Neighbourhood Profile
Notting Hill
As West London's friskiest corner, Notting Hill more than manages to retain plenty of the same appeal that's brought the affluent area so much worldwide attention. In this attractive cobblestoned neighbourhood, a delectable variety of eateries, independent shops, galleries and street vendors offer a delightful window into how to live the good life in London, with each presenting visitors with an experience that's a little more idiosyncratic and endearing than the last. Travelers looking to forage for antiques should be sure to visit the Portobello Road Market on Saturdays, the largest antiques market in the United Kingdom.
