No worries here, excellent tea with toast and toasted teacakes served in really nice surroundings. Can't think of anything negative at all. if you need a break from all the shopping this is the place.

We enjoyed high tea at Harrods. We first tried the fourth floor BUT kinda got dished by the ladies at reception. We were asked if we had reservations which was interesting since it was half empty. I guess we didn't look like their type of clientele as we were dressed comfortable for travel. Shame that a six future salary doesn't... More

Service is Horrible. Waited 15 minutes to get seated ,then 30 minutes to get our order of afternoon tea and sparkling water with sandwiches then it came to the table and the order was wrong and we never got our water. For the Price it is Definitely not worth the wait and the food is not that good. I will... More

We had already had breakfast in Borough Market and by the time we arrived at Harrods we were ready for a drink. Our son had visited the Wedgwood tea room before and was keen to visit again. We waited about 10 minutes for a table. We only ordered a pot of tea for 2 and a pot of tea for... More

My friend and I enjoyed the lovely atmosphere and elegant china. I had the Coronation Crab, which was delicious, and I've forgotten what else. She was quite pleased with whatever she had, too. The atmosphere is relaxed and there is no hurry -- one can take their time to savor the experience.

We are regular visitors to Harrods when we are in London and since opening have been big fans of the Tea Room on the second floor, however disappointing on this occasion. First where we sat there were five tables with dirty dishes not cleared, when we finally received our meals, mine was not cooked all the way through (raw sausage).... More

An extremely long wait for tepid hot chocolate, barely warm crumpets, tea cake with no fruit in, what a very expensive disaster! I wish I had saved my £22.00!!

My granddaughter and I stopped at The Tea Room for light refreshments. It was just lunchtime and quite busy but we were seated straight away. I had a pot of tea, as recommended by our very nice waitress, which was delicious. As I have dietary issues, I was pleased that breakfast items are served all day and I chose toast... More

Staying in Knightsbridge

Neighbourhood Profile
When millions of tourists want to shop 'til they drop, they do it along Brompton Road and its boutique-lined tributaries, including the world-renowned Harrods. And when millionaires want to flaunt what they've already got, many of them find Knightsbridge and Belgravia the perfect place to do so, often behind stately mansion walls or down quiet private mews. Delve beyond the ultra-luxe exterior and you'll find some of this city's cosiest pubs, quiet gardens, and all sorts of indie retailers and enterprises worth a short exercise in spontaneous window shopping. For those looking to take a break from shopping, Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, and some of the city's most popular museums are nearby.
