Well ... this is England right? Don't visitors come here to experience English hospitality, customs, service, food etc??? Food and menu here were pricey but fair in quality. We were waiting for an event at the hotel so sat for tea in the palm court...More

as posted really good value, excellent service and a great exoperinec for our mother's 81 st birthday treat. go for the traditional tea, there is plenty and nmore if you want it, a glass of chanpagne and specialty teas.

Spent an afternoon Tea with my wife . Great Selection of Tea very impressive. Cakes ok. Sandwiches nice especially the Chicken and the Egg mayonnaise. Pleasant service.

The food was delicious and nothing was too much trouble for our lovely waiter Mahmut. We even had extra food. He also did a really good surprise birthday treat for my friend 😃

great menu, fab tasty food, reasonable prices all set in a fab location. great choice at the bar and staff are friendly, welcoming and very helpful. fab choice for night-cap before retiring.
