Beautiful space, feels very warm and cosy. Service is great, and so is the food, their Sunday roasts are a dream come true. Highly recommended.

Proper warm english pub with authentic feel and nice fireplace. Good atmosphere! Lovely food. "Sloppy Joe Burger" Plentiful but slightly overdone! Everyone else's food was spot on!

Four of us had dinner at this little pub recently and were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the real pub food. Two of us had chicken pie and two of us had cumberland sausages, we all scrapped our plates leaving no room for dessert! The wine list was excellent as well as too the service. We would certainly return... More

I had heard this was the best pub in Grennwich, so I thought I'd give it a try. The food was very good, their daily pie was one of the best I've ever had. The service was good and the place has a great atmosphere.

This is what I would call my local and I'm never disappointed by the friendly service and the tasty food. I've gone in a big party of 10 and also with a friend for a quick lunch. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff who genuinely seem pleased to serve their customers, and take a pride in their work... More

Great pub and restaurant. Had Sunday lunch with friends. Food and service were very good. A real traditional London pub tucked away in lovely Greenwich.

We visited here during the holidays and the place was all decked out. After visiting the Prime Meridian (for free) we grabbed lunch here as it was just across the street. This place is everything you think of when you think of an English pub. The prices were reasonable and the food was great.

This place came highly recommended- and has generally very good reviews on here. We called ahead and mentioned a dietary requirement which was noted and when we arrived the waitress/manager recalled our conversation without prompting. Nothing was too much bother and we had the Sunday Roast. Sadly the Roast Beef (which I like rare) was a little too rare (as... More

I attended. Work Christmas meal at The Plume of Feathers and wasn't disappointed. The service was friendly and efficient from start to finish and the food was really nice. I had a generous Beef Carpaccio to start. It was very fresh and an absolute delight. The roast turkey dinner was tastefully presented and of a high standard. Finished if the... More

Excellent Sunday lunch and very pleasant beers also. Feels really like a local pub (which of course it is) right next to one of the most famous parks in the world (which of course it is). Very pleasant meal. Good veggie food too. And it takes dogs in the bar area (which is great as it's next to the park).

Staying in Greenwich

Neighbourhood Profile
Greenwich
Greenwich Mean Time starts here, so to speak, as the very concept of global time was established at Royal Observatory, just one of several buildings of architectural interest in Greenwich. Indeed, the whole of Greenwich's historic town center, its Royal Park and a number of related buildings (and one world famous ship, the Cutty Sark) make up the UNESCO World Heritage site known as Maritime Greenwich. Today a laser beam is shot out across the night sky from the Observatory to mark the location of the Prime Meridian. Other bold (some say brash) 21st century additions to the area include landmarks such as The O2 entertainment complex (previously known as the Millennium Dome) and the Air Line cable cars, which offer scenic transport across the Thames between North Greenwich and the Royal Docks.
