Have been here frequently. Usually have something to eat, quite often a burger. Burgers are safe here. Try anything else and you enter dangerous territory. Most recently ordered Mac and cheese starter for around £4.50 I was not expecting a mega portion but the size of the portion for the price - daylight robbery - a couple of tablespoons at... More

I visited here to watch the chelsea Liverpool game with the boys wish I hadn't of bothered.... Being a premier league game you would have anticipated the bar being busy and laying on more staff but no the bar was about 3/4 deep the entire time and the staff who were working had no idea who was "next" when I... Enjoying our drinks on this not very busy Sunday evening. The place is huge , thus looks not very busy. Staff are ok. Toilets are FLITHY. Immediate management attention is badly needed. This is not what Taylor Walker pubs are meant to be !!!

Been here a couple of times now, keep returning so that's always a good sign. 3 of us had a meal here last night, sausage and mash, Lasagne and Fish and chips. We had about a 45 minute wait for the food but that wasn't a problem to us, we were told there would be a wait when we ordered.... More

The only proper boozer left on Chiswick High Road. This is because all the others have gone really really poncey (George 4th Im looking at you!!). The value is ok for Chiswick. Still has all the football when most pubs have ditched it to try and go more upmarket. Real ales always good and offer CAMRA discount of 10%. Will... More

Spacious places and staff pretty friendly. good choice of drinks and food. only issue we always have is that they never polish their glasses so if you buy a glass of wine don't be surprised,

Management response:

Hi Tommy, Thanks for the feedback, we always appreciate hearing from our guests. We've taken your advice on board and started training team members to polish all wine glasses after they have been washed. We hope to see you soon for a glass of wine, or maybe two. More

I go here about once a week during the afternoon for a couple of pints and I settle down with the Radio Times or the Guardian Crossword. It has lots of different ciders, which is my tipple, so I do try different ones every time I go. Staff are friendly. Usually pretty quiet in the day, which suits me. Tendency... More
