Rarely am I so disappointed with the whole experience of eating at a restaurant. We waited an hour for our starters and even then the chicken satay was cold which was sent back. My friend had to wait even longer for his which was served at the same time as the rest. Main course arrived cold , no plate and... More

Me and my boyfriend are regulars at Busaba, we love the food (very good quality and quite decent price). We always find quite quick a table and we almost don´t have to wait to for the food (even when the restaurant is very busy, that normally is most of the time). The staff is lovely and professional, specially Nalan she... More

Was here yesterday with group of friends celebrating my 21st. The waitress Hande was absolutely brilliant and very attentive. Recommend this place to anyone, the food was unreal! Will be seeing you again soon!

Everything was delicious and the Busaba recommended menu was really helpful and affordable. Javier our waiter made things really easy as we didn't have much experience with asian food. We'll make sure to come back!!!

I popped in with my mates for a quick pre-birthday party outing. Had a really nice meal, must say the food was seriously good! I highly recommend chicken pad Thai! We left very happy. It is a nice place, prices reasonable for what you get, so will defo be back. If you haven't been, don't hesitate!

Friend recommended this restaurant, which would not have been my first choice. The food was overpriced given the portion size. My entree really was a kid size, not a full meal. The service was poor in that we were trying to pay the bill and they kept saying we had already paid, even though we didn't. We shouldn't have had... More

From the moment I walked in I thought I was somewhere completely different. The decor got me right away feeling like I was in an authentic Asian restaurant. Service was very good since the restaurant was quite empty (Had lunch at 14:30 haha) and the food....absolutely fantastic. We ordered some calamari and prawn sharers that were SO GOOD!! Ordered a... Popped in on spec for a quick dinner. Seated quickly at our own table though as the place filled up we were sharing. Great service and really stunning food. The Thai calamari is delicious. Such unusual flavours. The king prawn stir fry also really full of flavour. Odd that the pad Thai came with sweet potato fries; not sure they... More

Staying in Shoreditch

Neighbourhood Profile
Shoreditch
The western front of the edgy East End, Shoreditch is a perennially trendy haven for anything “street” – be it art, food, or fashion. With its handful of well connected transportation links dotting its perimeter, along with an ever increasing variety of shops, hotels, bars, and restaurants, it's easy to explore this trend-conscious and youth-oriented neighbourhood. There's a lingering post-industrial grit about Shoreditch, but because it shares a border with “The City” financial district, the influence from its upscale neighbour can result in fascinating outcomes.
