Having been a fan of the great pizzas for some time, this week I was seduced by the chicken and chorizo club sandwich......... it arrived promptly with a side of fab fries and 'proper ketchup and mayo' to dunk them in. succulent chicken, smoky chorizo in the trademark excellent bread, arriving looking more like a 'scooby snack' than any 'sandwich'... Amidst the chains you can still find a nice local hole in the wall - Soho Joe and indeed the whole Joe's team are chilled and welcoming. Great for a mid morn coffee and croissant or pizza and salad anytime of day! It's great value and one of the best pizza spots in town. I'd happily support local business any... More

We called in here for lunch having not booked anywhere and have found a real gem. I decided to go for a pizza and my colleague had a burger both were first class and arrived quickly despite the busy buzzing atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!

Having just cancelled at the last minute (less than 24 hours notice) an event that myself and a large (40+) number of people were going to attend, putting out the organiser and all who were planning on coming there to spend money and possibly return after a good experience - I would not trust any bookings with this venue and... Visited Soho Joe in February in a evening, with my daughter and her boyfriend, this time was with my husband on a Saturday lunchtime. We were going to see Les Mis in Shaftesbury Avenue and I didn't realise just how close the theatre was. It was a lot easier to get a table at lunchtime, and as we only wanted... More

While in London working in Soho recently, we happened into the lively and spirited SOHO Joe's one morning as they were offering a great price for a cappuccino and croissant. We ended up stopping in every morning, not just because the price was right and the cappuccino perfection, but also because the owners Joe and Anna are so delightfully warm... More

The reviews on TA were great for Soho Joe so I convinced my husband to trek out from British Museum to find this restaurant in the drizzling rain. Honestly, the food was average and service was quite awful and in hindsight, we would have been happy eating anywhere else. Unless you are in the area, ie on that street, don't... More

Went here with 3 teenage children - so they know about pizza. All rated it exellent. Menus were a little tatty (a piece of laminated paper). Service ok, but not that friendly. Food was the highlight. Lovely super thin, fresh, crispy crust. Huge. Overhanging rather a large plate.Still they all managed to eat one each! A starter plus one to... More

During a recent holiday to London we went here after a cinema trip to see Jersey Boys. We shared the chorizo and bean and the greek salad as a starter followed by joe's special pizza. cant speak highly enough of the food and at super cheap prices. definately worth a visit!

Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
