Ok, so not the cheapest around but you know what sometimes you just need that little extra quality and this place more often then not delivers on that. Actually a pretty cool looking restaurant for that part of Willesden, would prefer a bit more brighter lighting , but hey that's just me. The Karahi dishes are usually spot on and... More

Go quite often and thought I would write a review. Nice, clean tidy place, small so perhaps book in advance if big party although each time I've been with people have been accommodated. Food is good with plenty to choose from, portions could be a little bigger for the price but tasty all the same. Service is good only downside... More

My family and I visited this restaurant for the first time recommended by a relative and by invitation. We were not disappointed at all - although the restaurant is small and the tables are bare of cutlery or napkins and it seemed to be on a "first come first serve basis" the food was simply divine! The waiters knew exactly... More

Definitely recommend this restaurant, they have a really good variety of curries and also do really nice starters and side bits - really liked their aloo papdi chat. It's quite small so would recommend booking if you have a large group.

Lunch at Kardiri, had Kadahi chicken, kebabs & naan, Kadahi chicken was recommended but sadly very oily the chicken was put in tandoor and sauce was Very bad looked like they had put some ready made sauce and peppers added and that's what they call Kadahi chicken by far from what Indian food is about Naan was nice and kebabs... Over priced for what it was. Plus no alcohol license. I had Lassi instead which was ok. Poppadoms as a starter was good and a hot chicken curry with peela rice. No deserts though. The food was fine but it wasn't worth what we paid and with no beer option, sorry won't be visiting again.

Visit regularly, consistently good food. I tend to stay away from the nation's favorite go for something different, Jeera, Methi or Biriyani's. Food is prepared in an open kitchen, which I find reassuring, restaurant itself is quite small and can get very busy, a favorite with locals for over 40 years.

We ordered a takeaway from this restaurant and this must be the worst Indian food I have ever tasted. We ordered prawns which were £18 each and received 4 prawns per person. The prawns were over cooked that they were mushy. The curry sauce which we ordered separately was also terrible. I'm so gutted we spent £40 plus for terrible... More

Nice, clean restaurant, service was good, food was fast and hot. The food was however very oily and rather overpriced for a standard curry house.

Thank you for your comments. Sorry to hear you found our food oily but I can assure you there are lots of dishes that have minimum oil and if this is requested prior to the order we can easily accommodate. One must remember without a fair use of oils and butter the food can be bland so its important to... More
