Sandwich choice was a bit limited, especially for vegetarians. They didn't accept student cards or American Express credit cards, unlike every other Caffè Nero I've been too.

Very small Caffè Nero near to Covent Garden. We Got nice seats by window and had iced lattes. Very nice. Good to rest feet after a lot of walking. Only 4 stars because there are no toilets

We stopped for coffee after a long day of sightseeing. Service was friendly; our drinks were made well. The kids enjoyed their milkshakes. The weather was perfect, and we enjoyed our drinks outside watching the world walk by on this charming street. The others seated by us were smoking and leaving cigarette butts on the sidewalk. Cleanup of outdoor tables... More

This place had great coffee! (As a Swede that is saying something.) When me and my friend arrived it was a line but we still got to order quickly. There was more seating downstairs. The staff was quick and helpful. The prices were good 2 medium lattes and cake pieces for under £12.

I have popped into many branches of this chain around the UK and this one compared well. Service was prompt despite the fact that it was very busy. It has some outside tables, though these were occupied at the time. The place has good wi-fi if this is important to you (it was to me at the time). Coffee was... More

Popped in here for a cuppa. My wife coffee was excellent but my tea was a little off - it was not hot enough and so the flavour was a little off. After going back to the staff, they replaced my tea with a new one which was marginally better but still not hot enough.

Lovely coffee is always available at caffe Nero but this particular branch needs a liitle TLC. We arrived around 10.30am and it already looked like it had been busy. We purchased an ice latte and normal latte and sat by the window to watch the world go by. The tables had not been wiped from previous customers and the chairs... More

I really enjoyed the frappe and liked how the barista didn't fill it with whipped cream like other places. In comparison to Starbucks, it's much more natural and doesn't have a lot of sugar in it. In the end, it was really refreshing!
