Our experience started with an outstanding service. Then the food came to the table. I can assure you that all the food was very fresh which is not very common these days with so many chain restaurants around. In my holidays in London, I had never imagined visiting the same restaurant three times in a raw. I am glad that... More

I took my mum and son to Yialousa Greek restaurant yesterday. The experience and the food was wonderful. We were all hungry when we arrived there and didn't know what to order. The lovely Greek waiter explained us the whole menu in a very friendly way and helped us choose the most adequate dishes for us. I found the restaurant... More

Found this lovely restaurant opposite our hotel where we were staying. We were given a lovely welcome and we sat by the window. Me and my wife decided to order some starters first ,a bottle of wine and then 2 Kleftikos every thing was very good, especially the kleftikos. We were both impressed and happy. Definitely coming back again.

My work colleague & I thought we would try this out for a change wish we hadn't bothered! Was pretty empty leading up to 5pm starters weren't too bad but not great & over priced. The main courses were absolutely terrible, I had a chicken kebab which had a funny taste & the chicken had an awful texture. The rice... More

We were in the area at dinner time and stopped by for a meal. We were served promptly the cost was not enormous, especially for central London, and the food was of excellent quality. they had some outside tables too, but it was a little too cold.

We are staying in the hotel opposite, and loving Greek food, what a bonus to find this on the doorstep. We were seated inside by the window and had a look through the extensive menu. We had the keftedes and prawn saganake to start followed by mousakka and the Greek mixed grill. Everything tasted divine. The meat just melted. Great... More

This was a chance encounter, on our way to Russell Square tube station we passed this restaurant, menu looked interesting and reasonable prices. Having ascertained the kitchen remained open until 11.30pm, we vowed to return after our trip to the theatre. So glad we found it, the staff were very accommodating, Mezze was good value and the food delicious. It... More

Neighbourhood Profile
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum.
