We relaxed in comfy chairs by the fireplace after a long day of seeing the sights. The food was good and the location just a few short blocks from where we stayed. Attentive service and nice, neighborhood crowd.

Stopped in for a pint with an old friend but the heavy metal music was so loud, and the tap beer so expensive that we left after just one. Much nicer at the Ladbroke Arms down the road.

The Prince Edward was a little difficult to get to, but was busy and I'm sure would have been a perfect setting for a romantic meal as a first date.....except my date didn't show up, and didn't even have the courtesy to let me know in advance that 'she was sick'. Funnily enough I have rearranged something for this Thursday... More

Good wifi and good drinks. Good overall atmosphere. A real pub. Recommend it if you're staying at bayswater inn as it's just down the street.

A much needed quiet G&T while house hunting. Would recommend. Friendly staff, plenty of room to sit down, and a great choice of gin (I opted for Hendricks).

This pub had the best meat pie I have ever had. The toffee pudding is to die for! The staff were ok but not really friendly.

A really nice pub! Also one of few serving my favourite cloudy cider, Old Rosie. Looking forward to our next visit.

This place was very close to our hotel, so we went a couple of times. It was very nice, good atmosphere and service. Food was also good, really appreciate the place.

I went there with my family for my Christmas holidays. A really welcoming atmosphere and an excellent menu attracted us all. We appreciated the location, the staff and of course their suggestions on food and ales. I really recommend it! For sure I will be back as soon as I am in London again. Sara

We ate here for dinner one night and weren't disappointed. It had a great pub feel with great pub food. We all had the fish & chips, it was good quality with quick service.

Staying in Notting Hill

Neighbourhood Profile
Notting Hill
As West London's friskiest corner, Notting Hill more than manages to retain plenty of the same appeal that's brought the affluent area so much worldwide attention. In this attractive cobblestoned neighbourhood, a delectable variety of eateries, independent shops, galleries and street vendors offer a delightful window into how to live the good life in London, with each presenting visitors with an experience that's a little more idiosyncratic and endearing than the last. Travelers looking to forage for antiques should be sure to visit the Portobello Road Market on Saturdays, the largest antiques market in the United Kingdom.
