Been there on Mother's Day 2017 and Easter Sunday 2017 and each time the roast dinner has been so good! Leaving us too full for dessert for only £10. We've had lamb, chicken and beef and it's all phenomenal. The gravy was the best I've ever had. So so so so good! The chef is much better than a couple... More

We had friends visiting us for the weekend and was looking for somewhere for Sunday lunch. So glad we picked the North Nineteen, the roast was lovely, I had the beef and it was cooked perfectly. Comes with all the trimmings. Great value too. We will be visiting again soon

After my wife read some reviews of other places around town for lunch we decided to give it a go. The food was amazing, I had the lamb which is usually hit and miss in other places. I can only say this was amazing, not just large portions but the taste was out of this world a real pleasure to... More

We found this place on google, looking for a restaurant in the area. We weren't sure what to make of it initially, because it was off the main street down a side alley and was virtually empty when we arrived. But it quickly got busy, had a lovely atmosphere, was very relaxed and had nice big tables, with plenty of... More

Best roast beef for ages. Crisp roast potatoes, rare beef, home made Yorkshire pudding and good veg. Very obliging chef made an alcohol-free gravy on request. Excellent.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating - the landlord was only too happy to let us try each of the largers before deciding. It's the best outside area of the local pubs too, it's... More

80s pop classics aside, you better be fleet on your feet to grab this sweet meat treat. Beer good, landlord better, perfect. Absolute dream scenario. I got the marrowbone burger with the wings and ribs and mac and cheese and steak and ale pie and beef stroganoff and calamari and lamb tagine. The food was very well cooked but I... More
