This is my second time here and both times it has been lovely. Pizzas are cooked well and the choices are are unique. Children can choose what they want on theirs which is really nice. Staff all friendly and helpful.

We read the reviews and had high expectations. The pizza base was fine. It the Cape Town toppings were overall it tasted amateur like. The wine was pretty rough too for the price. Will not risk another evening there

The acoustics are terrible, such a noisy restaurant, but the food is great. Really nice non-alcoholic cocktails, different, delicious and generous portions. Pizza selection is really interesting, so different, and they really delivered on taste and quality as well. The kids menu is not huge but, again, generous portions, well cooked, my four year old really enjoyed it. Service was... More

I made a reservation for this restaurant due to a suggestion. The hostess was very nice and friendly, but my original waiter was not attentive at all. Firstly, it took about 20 minutes for him to come over and take my order. Before that, he took another couples' order before mine, and they sat down well after me. The thing... More

We were walking a section of the Thames Path and took a quick detour to have lunch. We ordered an Arizona Pizza with the larger lighter base and a Feta, Butternut and Beetroot small salad and shared the two dishes. Washed down with a bottle of Chardonnay, including service the bill was £45. Service was great and the food really... More

We had been to Fire & Stone a few times previously as it offered interesting food in a family friendly environment - but I doubt we will return again. Restaurant was 2/3 full (top floor) and well staffed but service was painfully slow and not great when finally received. Drinks order taken quickly and adult drinks delivered, then kids meal... Went here before our visit to the Lion King show. Place was empty when we went in but my wife had checked it out and the reviews were good. As usual, she got it spot on ! Food was superb, staff were great and the place filled up quickly which gave a great buzz about the place. Would definitely go... More

Went with family (older teens) for a late lunch and had a really nice meal. Used tastecard to save over £40 from the bill and booked it by calling up first, sent confirmation email that was handy. Had starters and mains each as well as a few drinks (mainly soft) and bill £87 which included service charge that had been... More

We returned to Fire & Stone to "give it another go". The restaurant was just as cold as before - we kept our coats on even after we had moved tables! The pizzas arrived in shifts, as mine wasn't the one I ordered. The starters are appallingly overpriced for a tiny portion and the service was poor. We waited ages... More
