When Dotori closed it's not an exaggeration to say I was devastated. Luckily it's now back and just as good as ever - the set menus are incredible value and will leave you completely stuffed, and all the food I've had there is delicious and good value. The only thing I'd not recommend is to take away. Be prepared to... More

I absolutely love this restaurant. Yes they never answer the phone. Yes they are constantly full. However, with a litter pre-planning, I've never been let down. The food is divine. I think the lack of online booking is part of the charm and makes it a neighbourhood restaurant because you have to get down there early to get a seat!... More

North London's best kept secret... there's really no competition: this is the best tasting Korean and Japanese food we've ever had. All dishes comprise the freshest ingredients and each has its own unique signature tastes and flavours, no generic tastes. This place manages to serve really refined dishes without being fussy or fiddly. Just amazing....you must visit!

Walk in close to opening time if you have not prebooked. A well priced value for money, tasty experience. The food is absolutely excellent. Don't expect a quick meal as this restaurant is small and extremely busy. An amazing eclectic fusion of tastes and if you don't know anything about the dishes - just ask. So glad that it re-openned... More

Three of us went there on Sunday evening for dinner. They have a Japanese menu and a Korean menu and you can mix and match from both. It was very busy so would recommend booking before you go. The place is quite small with tables very close together, slightly cramped. The food however, is delicious. The Prawn Tempura was lovely,... More

For years Dotori has been a local favourite to the people of Finsbury Park and rightly so - a varied menu of Japanese and Korean food, decent sized portions and most importantly good tasting food! So when it closed its doors in September 2016 many people including myself were disappointed. Fast forward 7 months and Dotori has decided to re-open... More

2016 was hard without Dotori, I'm so glad it has reopened! Where can I start? The perfect kimchi? The phenomenal bibimpap? The scrumptious bulgogi? The out of this world soup? I have been a regular for years and I can definitely say that the high standards have been kept, including the friendly, polite, efficient staff. Fine dining it is not... More
