Lovely bar, great cocktails, disappointing food. Had the High Breakfast (Afternoon Tea style brekkie). Sadly the bacon sandwich was stale and mini eggs benedicts were cold. I expected better. The Bloody Mary was good though. And the service was excellent.

I had booked for my friend and myself for last Saturday. The booking process went very smooth, I notified them of my pregnancy and had booked a specific afternoon tea. Upon arrival we got a lovely table, but from there onwards it went quite messy. They hadn't done anything with the menu, so I got offered to have 4 egg... More

We visited on a Sunday afternoon for lunch, combined with a film showing in their basement. While the food was rather food, the service was desperately slow. Our waiter was grumpy and unfriendly. There were excessively long gaps between courses, our drink order was simply forgotten. Generally the customer service experience was not up to a reasonable standard. Won't be... More

I treated three of my friends to afternoon tea here on the first Saturday in January. We were seated in one of the lounge rooms which is done up to look like a library, which I LOVED. The china was gorgeous, which isn't always the case with afternoon teas where it's clearly been used too many times. Our waiter was... More

Good food, good wines, nice venue. However, 2 complaints: - £5.75 for a bottle of Evian is daylight robbery - even in a smart restaurant in Central London. - Waiter asked if we wanted coffee after dessert then casually presented us with the bill with no warning or explanation. Still had a full glass of wine each. He could have... More

Great for breakfast but also good for dinner if you are staying at the hotel and prefer not to venture out. I have dinned here many times. Consistently very good food.

We ate at Refuel several times over Christmas. The food is excellent and the service is fabulous as well. I would highly recommend for any meal.

Very good afternoon tea experience. Service was average. Food was good and plentiful. Atmosphere was very nice. A traditional English afternoon tea experience with some great decor.

Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
