A nice eaterie ( upstairs ) as part of the casino .....with new menu of fresh live lobsters on offer. Food is very delicious ( chef was headhunted from a top hotel in Hong Kong). The pancake duck, the sea bass fillets , the hot and sour soup, the xo fried beans , plus other local and Japanese fusion food... More

I had seen the menu on a previous visit and thought it looked a place worth trying. 4 of us decided whilst having a drink to see if a table was available at such short notice and we were able to get one. The service was excellent and being in a casino it had a real buzz to the place.... More

Average quality food with all dishes served in a heavy fish and chip batter. Indifferent service. At least it was cheap!

The entrance is very central, in Leicester Square, and therefore very accessible from Leicester Square Underground Station. You go through the main entrance of The Empire Casino. The gentlemen on the door were very polite and welcoming. My husband checked his rucksack in and I put my jacket inside just to keep it altogether. It cost £1 to put it... More

I did visit the Empire Casino several times but it was the very first time having dinner in the restaurant. The menu is completely Asian orientated even thought you can find an excellent Lobster Special selection for a great price. Beautifully served, fresh and complete of side dishes. Helpful staff, very attentive and professional. Even if the restaurant is located... More

This must have been my 8th visit to Fulushou and for me the food and the service just seems to get better and better, this time around we had a new menu to choose from and I was glad to see lots of new dishes as well as all the old favourites on the menu. The Tempura King Prawns are... More

Valentines day this year and being newly weds we spent the day in London with my husband and decided to have a flutter at the empire. Around 6pm we got a little hungry and decided to see whether there were restaurants in there which Fulushou was right in front of us. We decided to go in. The decor looked lovely,... More

Had an enjoyable meal here with friends who also wanted to check out the Casino scene at the same time. The food was very good, meat tender and the Asian dishes tasty. Service was friendly and the staff helpful. We ordered 4 dishes so we could have a taste of everything. An enjoyable meal. There is however a bit of... More

I lived in China for a while a long time ago and it changed my view on Chinese food which, in the UK at that time, was predominantly of the indifferent take-away kind. Since then I have been a bit fussy about Chinese restaurants because of how exceptional Chinese food can be. I love Sichuan food but I have to... More

I visited here on the 16th August. I pre booked a table, but the restaurant wasn't full so I got to pick where I wanted to be seated, I chose the balcony where it over looks the casino. The staff were friendly on arrival and we was seated quickly. The drinks order came straight away. The food was delicious, I... More

Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
