We had 5 course tasting menu for dinner and the chef was kind enough to change a couple of the courses to need our dietary needs which was appreciated. The minimalistic decor was fine for me and the service was also just right, attentive.

Truly excellent food - lobster to start, king prawn pasta and then sea bass; no room for dessert although the ladies shared one and declared it to be a winner. The house white was as good as the food and the food was in turn...More

Well....a bit of a disapointment. Really nice service. But boring interior. And terrible noice - hard to talk! Very expensive and nothing more than 'average' food. Might have choosen the wrong courses....but sorry... Not worth the money.

Firstly to say all in the group of us who ate here thought the food was generally excellent. We were there on a Monday for lunch and we were the only group in the restaurant. Felt like we owned the place which was good, and...More

First of all the minimalist decor wouldn't be for me, but that's a matter of personal taste. Around one third of the menu wasn't available, no truffle, no ravioli, no pappardelle, no beef cheeks and so on... The starter I ordered, the stracciatella cheese with...More

L’anima has always delivered very good cooking since it first opened. The menu has changed over the years but everything is still delicious, particularly the octopus and wild turbot. The pasta dishes are all very good as well. The service has also become more efficient...More

An award-winning Italian restaurant in the City, L'Anima offers modern Italian cuisine in an effortlessly elegant setting. Serenity prevails in the dining room, with a muted earthy colour palette and swatches of plush white leather offset by glistening floor-to-ceiling glass. Using premium ingredients to craft simple yet bold flavours, head chef Lello's menu takes influence from Sardinia, Puglia and Sicily, while the L'Anima bar offers boutique Italian wines and famous aperitifs.
Please note L’Anima will be closed from Friday 22nd December dinner time until Sunday 7th January and will reopen on Monday 8th January 2018 for lunch and dinner as normal.
