Good food at a reasonable price for the area, although the drinks were quite expensive in comparison to food prices. I enjoyed the halloumi. There was a large projector screen available to watch the tennis. I'd be happy to visit again when in the area.

Came to watch 6 Nations and there is lots of space lots of seats to choose all with good views of the screens. Excellent selection of drinks and good food too. No complaints, staff were friendly helpful and assisted us with our questions and requests

The staff are disinterested and have no idea as to who is next to be served and the beer is not kept well- great location but I would not recommend this pub

I visited the Prince of Wales today. The pub itself was great although extremely hot. I asked to move tables away from the radiator. The staff could not have been more helpful and accomodating, I ordered cod and chips and was extremely disappointed. Fish warm...More

This pub is probably my last option in Wimbledon, the staff in there are normally rude and don't care to help there was a few months ago one South African gentleman who was amazing but I'm guessing he left as the manager is so rude....More

Taylor Walker run pub in the heart of Wimbledon. Nice traditional decor. Sports on big screens so not the quietest if there's a match on, especially if it's Chelsea. Nice big reasonably priced tasty pub grub portions but surprisingly expensive coffee (?). Worth a visit.

Prince Of Wales is a traditional British pub in Wimbledon serving great cask ales and freshly cooked traditional pub food The Prince of Wales was formerly a 17th century coaching inn, frequently visited by Dick Turpin during his highway man years. The old cellar in the pub, now known as Bertie's Bar, Kitchen and Courtyard was previously built to shelter travellers' horses. . Opening Berties in 1971 involved demolishing much of the original stonework and now only the cobbles beneath the flagstones remain as a reminder of the past. Built in 1870, the house only became known as the Prince of Wales after 1891 when 20,000 British soldiers were paraded before the Kaiser on Wimbledon Common
