Booked a table for 5 through the company as couldn't find a direct contact email address. We have been here several times before and it is incredibly busy and a tourist trap. I booked here as we were meeting family and wanted a definite meeting place at mid day. Positives: The guy behind the bar was very helpful, showed us... More

What has happened to this place?! I came here for a quick drink before our meal on Valentine's Day, around 9.45pm. The place had a terrible strong bleach smell when you walked in, The woman serving was unfriendly and unwelcoming to say the least too. We ordered two double rum and cokes only to be served our drinks in plastic... More

We've previously visited the bars here a long time ago and after returning from a trip to the USA, we decided to 'pop' into London before heading home. As it was december, we thought we'd visit Covent Garden and have an early lunch there. The flist place we tried, at 1130ish, didn't start serving until 12, so we walked into... More

I called up and booked a table on the 16th January for today! I walked in and was advised that our booking was nowhere to be seen! She advised there was a table for 2 we could have until a table of 4 became free which is not helpful! The waitress I think was called verity didn't care that we... More

Stopped in for dinner on a cold windy London evening. The meat pie was incredible, and the gravy was a food group in of itself. Service was prompt and prices reasonable.

We been to this pub at Covent Garden several times and have always enjoyed it. It was built several hundred years ago and is a collection of odd shaped rooms which adds to the charm. On the weekends you can hear music from the street performers outside.

Pleasant old pub which is also good for a meal. Seems to be particularly popular with Americans and Germans. For starters we enjoyed crab on toast, mackerel and BBQ ribs as we did our mains of prawn risotto and pork belly. All went very well with a Sicilian Nero Davalo Cavalli. Pleasant reasonably quiet dining area with good table separation.... More

Central of Covent Garden Market. Multiple levels, including balcony and outside (but in the market) seating. Unfriendly man behind the bar but worst of all was the price of some drinks - £19 for 2 double gins and a shared bottle of tonic!!?!

We popped in here to have a bite to eat. Staff were very friendly and the menu and atmosphere really nice. There was plenty of choice of all kinds of meals from snacks and light bites to more substantial pub food. We were only havinga light lunch and one drink each which came to £20, very cheap for the location.... More
