Found this pub because the one we had in mine was closed. What a great find! It’s quite large, so didn’t have any trouble finding a table. They have a few local beers on tap which is nice. The food was also very good. We...More

The good burgers and plenty of alcohols. Reasonable price and high ceiling plus plenty of tables. It is a really nice place to meet, inside of the place is really gorgeous.

I've used the Counting House a lot in the past. Mainly for lunches and non-seated-food team events. It's generally been good. My last visit was diabolical and frankly embarrassing (I'd organised). We were a group of 17 with an evening reservation. I'll start with what...More

Built in 1893 as a magnificent banking hall, the aptly named Counting House oozes 19th Century decadence. With gleaming chandeliers and high domed ceiling, it's a stunning place to stop by for a hand-raised pie and a pint of real ale in the heart of London.
