many people eat breakfast here to avoid the high prices in the neighboring hotels, so it gets quite busy in the morning. they serve quite decent breakfasts and muffins here, so if you don't expect more it's good.
I love scones thus giving it a 4 stars. However, the other breakfast menu is quite common and nothing special. Small place so reach early for a table!
