Food was nice, as was coffee. Staff friendly but service a little slow despite it not being busy. Husband liked the coffee cake in particular.

I adore this place. To sit outside with a coffee and a slice of cake, watching people go by is wonderful. The atmosphere is great and the staff are very friendly. The food is decent, although I do often go elsewhere for that.
Looked impressive from the outside and busy within. What could possibly go wrong? Service was so slow it was painful. Staff waitresses attitude was awful. Chicken kebab and pizza meals were fantastic. Black forest gateau was dry and tasteless. Did not pay service charge.
We wanted a coffee and cake and what we both had was lovely. Chocolate Muffin & Eclair perfect. The staff were kept busy and were clearing the tables very quickly when the customers had left. We would go back when we are next in London.
