Going there at 4.30 on a weekday was very bizarre. There was only one staff and we were told that we must wait until 5pm to order as chef will be arriving around that time. The waiter seemed not so enthusiastic waiting for us although...More

We have often visited Drummond At but this was our first supper at the Masala Hut. The mains were excellent and the sides good. Reasonably priced. Service was fine - quick but not pushy.

This restaurant does a great lunchtime buffet. It will cost you around 10 pounds including a drink, which honestly is not too bad. However, there was not much spice, no sight of any paneer and it was a bit bland. I don;t think I would...More

We went for a "work do" with a large group of people. The waiters were incredibly kind and patient, even when a lot more people showed up than initially planned and there was a lot of table reshuffling! The food was extremely delicious, good sized...More

Two of us arrived for our meal with a Wowcher which said £19 for £50 spend. However, this is limited to a starter, a main, and either a rice or naan per person. You couldn't get a selection of side dishes for example. On arrival,...More

Visited on a Friday night with three friends. All four of us were extremely disappointed with the food. We had a mixed grill tandoori starter which was tasteless and underspiced and cold. The main dishes we ordered were very very oily. The Korai fish had...More

Surrounded by endless other Indian restaurants it must be difficult to shine. Nice décor and comfortable seating. Different levels seems to keep noise levels reasonable. The food is the standard Indian selection and all were properly cooked and served quickly and hot. Beer was good...More

Traditional Indian cuisine. Great for a group, as you can share almost all dishes. We tasted different Tandoori chicken and lamb, chicken Roghan... and everything was good. As much spicy as you like. Friendly service. Good price (less than 30£, beers included). For dinner, midweek,...More

The Massala Hut restaurant has recently been refurbished with a modern interior and exterior. Located near Euston and Warren Street stations, it is ideally positioned for local business lunches and after work socialising. With a fully licensed bar it is the perfect location for an after work meeting place where you can unwind to Bollywood music and enjoy an atmosphere of relaxation. We have a reputation for the high standard of our menu which includes such favourites as dom ghoust, kareli ki nihari , lamb rogan, chicken korma. All specially prepared by our chef's team. Our menu includes many popular dishes which are perfect for sharing with a group of friends or colleagues and can be accompanied with traditional Indian beers. We look forward to welcoming you to the Massala Hut where we will do our best to make it an occasion to remember. Massala Hut is Diners' Choice winner by OpenTable!!
