Was served cocktails by Martin who dealt with us all night. An absolute gentleman recommending what drinks to take and explaining them. Telling us all about the city and what to do. Will definitely be back!
Molly and Luca were so friendly and helpful. Talked us through the drinks, recommending their favourites (which tasted lush!!!). Such a good vibe and atmosphere in the bar. This was my first time at turtle bay and we’ll definitely be back!! Only came for drinks...this time, but will be back after reading the menu!! Thanks for a great time guys!!More
Went into Turtle Bay as it was a familiar bar for us coming up from Southampton. We were sat at the bar and were quickly served by a guy called Martin.. he served us drinks throughout our few hour stay and had a lovely chat...about ourselves and he also told us a-bit about himself!
Really nice guy, will be visiting again when we’re back in Liverpool.More
Visited here for bottomless brunch last Friday afternoon. Service was amazing and drinks and food were great. The girl serving us kept the drinks flowing and topped up long before the last drink was finished. Had curried goat hash which was really tasty
First time I’d visitied trying out the bottomless brunch.
Great service and delicious cocktails but felt we got left a good while inbetween a few rounds as it was so busy in the restaurant hence the 4*.
Food was very good and overall me and...my SIL both enjoyed it.More
First off I would like to say the food was actually very good, fast service from the waitress and a pleasure, the reason for my rating is purely down to the service upon arrival, we visited with a group of friends for a stag do,...prebooked for 16 people in one area which was confirmed twice on the phone. Upon arrival our group was separated in to groups of 6 in various locations in the restaurant, and frankly the assistant manager and managers professionalism was disgusting and did nothing to accommodate us even though the restaurant was half empty. Never had so much attitude from the assistant manager. There was no compromise it was deal with it or eat elsewhere but with such a large group difficult to make other arrangements. Overall 5 stars for food and waitress, 0 stars for management and unfortunately the stress and hassle is the lasting impressionMore
