Visited this restaurant based on a review I read here on trip advisor and the photos I had seen, and they weren't wrong. The menus is amazing and great for all meat lovers, and there portions guarantee you won't be asking for more afterwards. The restaurant has cobbled floor which brings a little of the outdoor indoors. The staff were... More

After a disastrous start to the evening with another restaurant a few doors down, we ventured into What's Cooking just after 9pm for a late dinner. We were immediately impressed by the decor and surroundings, and were very pleased to be warmly greeted on arrival. The drinks menu was extensive - I love that they had a large selection of... More

Went here on Saturday 11th March. Food is always lovely & staff attentive. I believe the prices are very reasonable. The cheese garlic bread is heaven on a plate. It's large enough to share. Whenever we're at the Albert Dock we head for here & never been disappointed. Good variety of food. Would highly recommend.

Had a late lunch at this restaurant situated in Albert Dock. Had a Beefsteak Burrito £13.95 was well worth the price it came with rice and tortilla chips, sour cream. Partner had the Burger with Goats Cheese which had a good slice of the cheese. Both had a desert £5.95 each Eton Mess which had loads of fresh strawberries and... More

Went for Valentine's day for a meal with my boyfriend, we had booked a few weeks before and knew it was a set menu. On arrival we were quickly taken to our seats and our Prosecco cocktails were delivered quickly which were delicious. We chose the American sharing platter for a starter, ribs, onion rings, garlic bread, it was all... More

We've dined at What's Cooking before and had a wonderful experience, this time was equally as good, I reserved a table for Saturday afternoon when we arrived the place was really busy with hen parties so I was glad we booked, we were shown swiftly to our table, once again we had to have the Nachos as our starter, seriously... I loved this place until yesterday, Service was lacking rushed and a bit on the uncaring side.Gammon breakfast was poorly presented and not very good. Disappointed as this once was a fantastic eatery.

The staff were absolutely fantastic. Our waiter was so friendly and really engaged with my toddler. The food was scrumptious and cooked to perfection. Beautiful views from our table. The manager was so lovely and also came over and chatted to my little boy. 10/10
