Top notch! Booked afternoon tea for a 70th birthday treat for 6 adults and 2 children. We booked for the stunning art deco surroundings but to be honest we expected average to poor food as our expectations of Blackpool are pretty low but we were delighted with what we received. Beautifully presented on contemporary 3 tier stands, we enjoyed delicate... More

First time eat here. Had lasagne salad and garlic bread. £5.50. It was lovely. It was very pleasant, step back in time with the decor. Only down fall was 30 minutes wait for food. Much cook to order, well worth it. Will revisit

Food was good, no issues around this but what was poor was the staff. Slow service, miserable as you like, coffee all over the show unfortunately would go and a sit on the pier. In the winter, on a rainy day, with howling winds instead.

having loved the winter gardens all my life we have never missed going in there when in blackpool....however the service in this café was the worst ever and a total let down to this fabulous building.... we ordered tea and scones the tea was almost cold and on cutting the scone it just broke into what you could only call... Always love a stroll through the Winter Gardens when we visit Blackpool and a stop off here for a cup of tea. It is so peaceful and quiet and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the shops and streets.

Nice place badly let down by poor service and disorganised staff. Wouldn't visit again, long wait for 2 coffees and staff disinterested. Disappointing

I think the term café gives the wrong impression for this place. It is a huge room with an art deco look about it and a pianist in the middle of the room playing a selection of show songs. That's not something you get in the average Blackpool café. My friend and I had a coffee and cake which was... More

3rd visit to Blackpool, and never been inside the Winter Gardens until today. Lovely little cafe-not too expensive either. Cheese and onion toastie was lovely! Staff could have done with a little cheering up though....

Thank Nia H
