Lovely looking restaurant food not to bad but having to get to ask for a drink halfway through the main course after waiting what seemed a age for eye contact and being dive bombed by little fly/nats all night takes the shine off the night,...More

Hi, we are sorry to hear that you received a poor level of service in our restaurant. This is definitely not what we expect and we hope you can accept our sincere apologies.

Saturday lunchtime in Canterbury (and a Tesco voucher to hand), we decided Prezzo would do nicely. Starters was an unremarkable flatbread to share, cut in quarters, with various toppings plonked on top and a portion of cherry toms & rocket salad - the tastiest part...More

A substandard experience at every level. We were shown to our table, and offered drinks, but just asked for some water until we had looked at the menu to order. The waiter went away without bringing the water. We asked for a beer, but it...More

The appearance of the restaurant is rather attractive and the staff are very efficient. The staff were kind enough to let the table be decorated in advance too. The food was nice, but could do with more flavour on certain dishes such as the mozzarella...More

First visit to Prezzo. The food was ok, wish I’d have gone for the pizza which looked good. Drinks were expensive as was pudding. I’d have marked higher had there been decent service, very slow and not very friendly. Last visit to Prezzo.

We had the Marlowe Pantomime at seven o'clock, so we wanted to eat somewhere warm and bright at five. Prezzo Canterbury in the High Street seemed a very good place to go as five o'clock can be a bit like a grave, even in Canterbury....More

Struggled to get someone’s attention to place orders for drinks and then food. Then when our food arrived one of the main courses was wrong. No idea how that’s possible when we were the only 2 people in the restaurant! Thank goodness for the great...More

Busy and friendly atmosphere, and very good all around value. I would only say that the cheapest red table wine at £16.00 is poor, and our service seemed a little rushed. I would recommend Prezzo for a no thrills, great value family meal out. (its...More
