Good pub menu choices, close to the cathedral. Service was friendly and good. Booking essential during peak times. We didn't and were lucky to get a table in the early evening

It was busy but the staff were still very friendly and accommodating even though they were rushed off their feet. Food was nice and not too expensive either. Nice menu too.

Oh dear, sorry to hear that. I'm sure they didn't mean to keep you waiting - it can be difficult to keep track of who's next when you working a busy bar. I'll make sure to bring this up with the front-of-house manager. And thanks...More

I didn't have my dog with me but they are very friendly. It's great for lunch but gets very busy so I think it's your call as to whether your dog is well behaved in a crowd.

If you are staying at the hotel they will give you a permit to park locally. Otherwise there are public car parks within easy walking distance.
