I've visited The Churchillian on a number of occasions and it is for the most part a good experience, it's clean, it has a relaxed atmosphere, the food is not at all bad though some of the recent price changes are questionable in the food...More

Have recently enjoyed an evening drink and roast dinner last weekend here. Dinner was lovely, not too long a wait either. Will continue to pop in a few times a month, staff were friendly too.

I occasionally pop in here hoping things have got better but again I'm disappointed. There was no welcome from the staff, felt more like an interruption to get served. So just drinks in this seemingly soulless place. A better welcome awaits just down the rioad.

We had a party last night at the Churchillian. The male member of staff on bar was doing a terrific job considering the vast number of customers at the bar; very impressed. Unfortunately a member of the party was told he could use his £50...More

Amstel lager £4 a pint Heineken shandy £4.20 a pint. In general very over priced for basically normal pub food and listening to a very very average music duo. Wish we had gone with friends to somewhere you don't get ripped off for not drinking...More

Because we had family visiting from Kent, we chose to take them for lunch to Churchillian for the view. Big mistake! 2 of our party ordered the fish and chips which consisted of lots of batter and very little mushy fish. The manageress was very...More
