Excellent food on all three courses and considering the party was 80 plus, the meal was a treat . Tasty, well served and very good value for money. Staff very friendly and efficient and an extremely pleasant dining area. Will try you for Sunday lunch soon.

Stayed at the hotel for two nights. Arrived early at 1pm one hour before check in and advised to wait in the bar. We sat on uncomfortable old chairs (which were to be expected as this is their type of image) there was plenty of dust and used tissues under the furniture, which looked several days old. The view over... More

Beautiful old hotel set in vast grounds. A lovely dining room with a handsome conservatory ideal to see the garden. The Sunday lunch is very traditional. Excellent salmon gravlax. Roast beef was excellent as was the hake fish. Very friendly and efficient service. A great place to go to if you want a traditional, very English dinner experience. We had... More

Had dinner at the restaurant for 2 nights when we stayed at the hotel. A good selection in the fixed price 2 and 3 course menu. The food was well prepared and presented, and good selection of wine by the glass also. Also was on the Gourmet Society list, so was able to get some discount also. Coffee was served... More

We met my parents here for lunch for a Mother's Day treat, on entry the lady at reception was lovely and gave us the option to have a drink in the bar even though we was 5mins late, we ordered in the bar which was lovely and relaxing overlooking the gardens. We then moved into the restaurant and our starters... More

We were staying at the hotel for 2 nights, and had dinner on our second night. We ate in the conservatory section which was very nice. There was a 2 or 3 course menu and very reasonable. 2 courses was £25pp and £30pp for 3 courses. Go for 3 as the puds (like it all) were gorgeous. Hubby had the... More

Best meal I have had in a while - Home smoked duck followed by the most perfect Belly Pork, all beautifully presented in a very agreeable setting. It was easy to talk and hear each other with no annoying music. Good atmosphere as every table was occupied. Wine list was reasonably priced and the meal was good value. Unhurried service.... More

The Restaurant accommodated around 24 people in the luxurious old part of the Hotel ,with high ceilings and lovely large entrance glass doors to the lawn on a beautiful Sunny Lunchtime in October , we all sat and were attended to by professional waiting staff, who placed the napkins on our laps and filled our water glasses, we did not... We have dined (and stayed) at Wyck Hill House a number of times during the past 15 years. Several years ago I reviewed the hotel and restaurant on Tripadvisor, raving about the food and lodging in the feature rooms. Ten years ago, I took my family there to celebrate my 60th birthday. It was perfect. We recently visited with another... More
