Our nearly 4 year old granddaughter was dropping from lack of food. This place came up trumps with the perfect meal for her. A box in which she had ham sandwiches, real fruit drink, an apple and a small bar of chocolate. Perfect food, and she kept the chocolate for another day. Her energy and good humour completely restored ready... More

Called here for coffee and cake. Both were very good. This is an outdoor venue with tables and umbrellas and they do provide cushions and blankets for added comfort. There is also a small covered terrace. Luckily we arrived just after a light shower and not during it. Recommend but pick your day.

Stopped at the smaller hut near the playground. Just a flat white and ice cream today. Good coffee and good service.

I hate leaving negative reviews but although the coffee here is always great, this is twice now I have ordered a 'breakfast roll' and unfortunately after putting the first incident down as a blip, I have just opened my bap to again see bacon that just must have been warmed-up from the day before!! Literally like trying to eat the... More

Nephew wanted an ice cream so we called in after playing ball in the park. The coffee, tea and ice cream were good its just a shame the person taking the money at the till didn't interact. Did not point out that our drinks would be put on the counter and we should help ourselves to milk etc outside, Although... More

A welcoming team always awaits. Exceptional food. Everything from breakfast rolls to substantial lunch menus. Coffee and tea are high quality. Of special note is the home made soup - inventive ingredients guarantee a tasty snack. I'm local to the cafe and can highly recommend a visit. Children, dogs and even the occasional ferret all seem to be welcomed with... More
