My family and I had the most wonderful experience here. The food is genius with every mouthful exciting and totally delicious. The staff are unbelievably kind and caring and make the whole experience feel lovely. A really special place.

The food is beyond fabulous ! Cannot praise it enough. However 40 minutes for your starter to arrive is way to long and the mains took another 40 mins to arrive. We had to get to bed so had no time for pudding. This was...More

It could just have been our choice from the menu of their Tapas Sharing Plate, as it had been specifically recommended to us, but it was frankly unmemorable. We enjoyed the cocktails of gin, tonic and herbs. The service was first class. It was a...More

Have been going to Terre a Terre for 20 years now and the food has always been fantastic. Staff too but yesterday the Manageress ( who's name escapes me, sorry) was fantastic. 5 Stars. She was so welcoming and charming. Well done you.

We went with my vegan daughter for her 18th birthday dinner. We had a really beautiful and perfectly flavoured experience. I am not a full time vegan, but have eaten plenty of it over the years. The restaurant is larger than the outside suggests and...More

First off. Gotta say this place is no quick-bite veggie shop. It takes time. Really. BUT !!!! What you get is veggie food like you have probably never imagined. It is exquisite in every way. This is THE go-to place for a swanky swanky vegetarian...More

I am not a fan of the ambience and think the wine mark ups are bad enough before they then surcharge on their by the glass prices. Their Crianza Rioja for example is marked up at or close to 300% and then they add anothger...More

Hi, I'm coming to Brighton for a few days and looking for a really beautiful vegetarian meal on New Years Eve. I am so excited looking at your trip advisor reviews and pictures as we have nothing similar in Cardiff where I live. Am I able to dress very smartly for a new year meal or are you more of a casual restaurant? Karen x

Do you offer a set menu option? I have visited previously when you did offer 2 or 3 course set, but I can not see this on your website. Many thanks

Brighton's critically acclaimed Terre a Terre is a vegetarian restaurant that will have even the most ardent carnivore waxing lyrical. Situated close to the sea-front. The decor is chic and stylish, using wooden floors and furniture to contrast with vibrant colours. But here the food is the centrepiece: dhal basmati buns with coconut curry leaf chatni, better Batter and Lemony Yemeni Relish and Thai aubergine jungle curry are just a few of the exotic and imaginative dishes you can find here. To complement the food, a large selection of organic beers, ciders and wines are available. A three course meal here costs an average of £30 per person. A refreshing take on vegetarian cuisine.
