A well decorated and located restaurant but unfortunately let down greatly by the food. The dishes promise certain flavours and sensations that are simply not delivered. Some dishes so bland that they are a waste of stomach space and others so ridiculously spicy which is...More

I love this place. The Food is excellent and extremely tasty. Staff are attentive and friendly. There's a belt that runs the length of the restaurant that has loads of sushi choices, or you can order fresh if you want. Perfect if like me you...More

After a recent trip to Japan my partner and I were really looking forward to giving Moshimo another go after a couple of years. Maybe we made the wrong move in grabbing from the conveyor, but the fish tasted like it may have been going...More

The place is nice and also the personnel is kind, but the food is mediocre. The only good thing is the miso soup. The rest of sushi plates were standard or low quality. The prices are medium (not expesive, not cheap).

It's a cuboid glass box in the middle of a bland concrete square as its backdrop the bland concrete Ibis Hotel. This Saturday Brighton was at its most manic as it was the start of the annual arts festival. The area immediately in front of...More

I was really looking forward to dine here. Finally, had a chance to go there tonight. Liked the interior as it is quite minimalistic. Food wise we really enjoyed sushi and miso soup, but tempura was very bland. Service wasn’t that great but still acceptable....More

You've not truly had sushi until you've had it served in a little wooden boat. Without a doubt, the best sushi in the South of England, and among the best in the UK. Have eaten here many times, always fresh and top quality. Other chain...More

Had dinner there last night and it was delicious. Such a bright and airy place, friendly staff and great food. The pineapple, beetroot and mint drink was exceptional. Can't wait to go back.

Moshimo is one of Brighton's most popular restaurants, with a fiercely loyal customer base: 35% of its customers dine at the restaurant at least once a week. They visit regularly because they know the staff, and know how good the food is.The restaurant's 50% MOSHIMO MONDAYS & TUESDAYS, where members receive 50% off their food, is a sell-out. Check the restaurant out in the summer, when the entire front of the restaurant dramatically slides open like a shoji screen.Moshimo is behind FISHLOVE, the global photographic campaign to end over-fishing, has received a PETA award for its promotion of restorative eating, and its homemade teriyaki sauce is a sensation.......but don't it from us - go to our Facebook page to see what our regulars have to say.
