Visited last weekend for a meal before a gig at the Dome. It's a popular restaurant but we booked so had a table ensured. Decor very stylish, staff friendly, but service a bit slow. Had no garlic bread which was a tad disappointing but overall meal was nice and the setting lovely.

Very friendly restaurant with very nice staff where you can have a very nice breakfast or just a cup of coffee or tea. It is a very popular place at lunch time as there are a lot of offers and the food is really nice.

Had the lunch special today with friends. Good value for the price. The minute steak was a little bland and the service was a little sporadic. Overall it was good.

Mediocre food and not that cheap. Staff didn't seemengaged with the process at all and amongst the 12 of us some 6 things we ordered had run out ... we were offered a free replacement for one of the meals but it appeared on our bill anyway (despite them having run out) which we didn't complain about as they'd missed... A wonderful birthday celebration at Cote with family & food great as usual helped by Dan our waiter. I would recommend this restaurant for its food ambience & service. Very enjoyable especially as the weather was lovely & we sat in the garden area. This is our third visit and it won't be our last!

The food at Cote is always consistently good quality and value. The minute steak is a favourite and the chips are always hot and crispy. The staff are great, too.

Been to a few Cote Brasseries and this one has to be one of the biggest. I always enjoy the food and this one is no exception. Can forgive the slightly longer wait for food as they were very busy. Everyone had a lvley time and some great food

Centrally located, this branch of cote did not disappoint. It's a grand environment with a sweeping staircase and high ceilings. Somewhere to take anyone, even your strange aunt who only goes to the 'top' places. Good for business lunches. We went for the lunch menu which gives you options which comes to £12.95 for three courses. There were lots of... More

We wanted an early dinner in Brighton before a show, so after a quick look on tripadviser decided on Cote Brasserie as a good combination of great central location and a reasonable set menu price, we were also looking for something a little special as it was our Wedding Anniversary. From start to finish the experience could not have been... More

Description
Our inspiration for the food and design of Cote is a modern interpretation of the many famous bistros of Paris. Inspired by new trends, we are dedicated to serving authentic classic brasserie dishes with a modern twist, using high quality produce at great prices. On the menu, guests will always find brasserie favourites on our a la carte menu such as steak frites, moules marinieres, corn-fed chicken from rural Brittany and tuna Nicoise, for dessert, Cote's creme caramel and creme brulee are much-loved house specialities.
Seasonality and Cote's commitment to sourcing high-quality ingredients results in a monthly changing specials menu, ensuring there is always something new to delight regular guests and gastronomes alike, as well as the excellent value set menu. Open early every day for breakfast, through to lunch and dinner; Cote's atmosphere is informal and friendly.
