Walking from the station, we passed the beautiful display of meringues and macaroons. We went back for tea service. Decadent and lovely. Perfect.

We were on a long weekend in Brighton, I noticed the meringues on the walk from the station and made sure to come back. Delicious cakes and meringues and a lovely atmosphere. The only place cafe I've visited in a long time to offer tap water when we said no to tea & coffee!

On a trip to Brighton last weekend we came across Julien Plumart, drawn in my the amazing window display. The maracons were plentiful, so many different flavours, the patisserie area was beautiful as well. We took away a box of the macarons, selecting the flavours ourselves and each one was heaven. I am going to order some for mothers day... More

Alors, we always order our birthday cakes from you. And being 5 of us, it is a lot yearly. Not mentioning the ad hoc "get in have a cake" kind of visits. But unfortunately yesterday it wasn't our(and yours) best one. Mlle Cécile forgot what we have ordered and had to ask her twice to serve the Royal Crunchy Choc,... More

In need of a snack we stumbled on this small cafe on the main road into town from Brighton station. From the outside it just looks like a fancy cake shop, but inside it's a lot more. There are a few tables and the menu is bigger than you'd expect. Their speciality, I guess, is the macarons but they also... More

We visited the Julien Plumart cafe for afternoon tea on Sunday and it was excellent. The girls serving were efficient and friendly, the tea really good, and all of the food was delicate and tasty. In particular, the macarons and cakes are fantastic (and genuinely taste French)! Overall it was reasonable value - not a place to go for a... More

OMG the Salt caramel and the vanilla macaroons are perfect... The take away box is also cute and the macaroons still taste nice after being in the fridge for a few days...
