Always good, plenty of Vegan options, great really friendly staff, and very good value for money. Just wish it was all Vegan, but everything is clearly marked Vegan and there is always a large selection of healthy nutritious tasty food on offer.

Wow! This place was completely packed but there is a reason why. It had been recommended to me by someone who had previously lived in Brighton, so I decided to seek it out on a weekend visit. Because the place was so full we decided...More

We ate here as a couple in July 2017. We love this restaurant! I love the concept, the food is fabulous and the staff are great. It's a full on veggie affair and even though I'm not a vegetarian there's plenty of tasty choices. You...More

I visited recently to get their take away salad deal. The two staff members who served us both had an attitude. The woman who served me rolled her eyes at me and was quite rude. They acted like serving us was an inconvenience. The takeaway...More

I am not a British. I visited Brighton 5 times since June 2016 to visit my wife living there with my wife. My daughter has been a vegan since 2013, sometimes, to accommodate her, I frequented vegan or vegetarian restaurants to have meals with her....More

We had booked a table for 12 at Rootcandi, Iydea's sister restaurant, only to find out the day before that it had closed without letting us know! Naturally it was impossible to find another table for 12 at a veggie restaurant in Brighton at such...More

What a great place for relaxed vegetarian food. Every dish we tried was packed full of flavour. Food was turning over constantly, as were the customers. Excellent food all round for anyone.

Sorry - same answer, you need to ask the restaurant directly. Again I have never seen any 'reserved' tables when I was there.

Hi, iydea is small and can get rather busy / quite noisy from midday. You are welcome to to try, may I recommend you get a seat at the back as they are quieter. Seb

Description
Iydea is a small and very busy express vegetarian canteen right in the heart of Brighton's North Laine area. All the food is freshly made and is on display so you can choose only what you want to go on your plate or to take away. There is an extensive breakfast menu from 9:30 every morning which changes to the lunch menu at 11:30 (12:00 Sundays). Iydea does get very busy and cramped so best to avoid peak times if you want a little more space and comfort.
