Have been a few times over the last few years. Started off good but the last few times we haven't enjoyed it as much maybe a new chef perhaps. its ok for a few pints because its a nice atmosphere in there.

Really busy when we visited, staff were really friendly, food was the usual food for this type if pub. Service was quick. We visited at 8pm. The tables, floors and general surroundings appeared tatty and not very clean.

My partner and I ordered our usual wetherspoons breakfasts, but my fried eggs were stone cold. Much worse was the long black hair on my partner's mushroom, looked cooked into it, which was definitely not either of ours. This shouldn't be allowed to happen if proper hygiene practices are in place. They're clearly not here. Disgusting and won't be back

good selection of beers, reasonable food at a reasonable price but at busy times can be a struggle to get served when all you want is a pint

It is what it is, if you don't want to spend a fortune in some of the other branded restaurants, Go to a Weatherspoons, had fish & chips x2 and 4 drinks and got change out of a twenty.

Went to this place. Had to wait and hour for food, for it to turn up cold. They took food back, then another half hour for it to come out cold again. Made a complaint on the say which was almost ignored, so write to the witherspoons head office who didn't even offer our money back the bill was £50... More

Been here before, but not since the loopy council gave consent for blocks of apartments with shops/eateries under, reaching out into the water, thus blocking off views and sight of the waterway. Not at all impressed, despite this eatery being able to extend the outside eating area. It hasn't caused any dampening of spirit or staff and food is as... More

I have visited with family and and friends and every time has been great. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Colouring is provided for younger kids. The drinks are cheap in comparison to most places in town. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is always cooked really nicely and the breakfasts are second to none. Complete value for... I have been here many times. It is a good size for large groups . The meals are good value, not goumet , but good enough for the price and there is a large selection of Ales, wines and spirits all at good prices. It is a good place to start a night out in the Marina or to then... More
