We had wonderful veggie/ vegan food at Planet India in Brighton. The service was excellent and the mood cheerful. The venue is more homely than the palatial Hove branch, but parking was easy, right outside, and free after 8pm.

Family run business, all veggie and you will be blown away by the food! Indian street food, so if your not familiar with what’s on the menu, let the waiter guide you with. Cheap rices too. Well worth a visit, but book ahead , or...More

I don't normally like Brighton restaurants, over hyped and underwhelming, but this restaurant is different. Had a lovely time, much better than your bog standard Indian, Has dishes on the menu I haven't tried before. The yoghurt drink was excellent.
Everything tastes very fresh, authentic, and homemade. The service is excellent and the owner is friendly, very helpful, and passionate about the food. A relaxed and homely atmosphere. I have been twice and will be back again!
A good range of food and interesting beers. The starters and main courses were fantastic. Friendly service. Very reasonably priced too. Highly recommended.
